Studied – Level 3 Media

Currently – Content manager at Netflix

“The people you’re sitting next to are the people you could one day be working with, this is the advice I was given in college and I’ve never forgotten it. College taught me to work hard, be nice, and have fun with it all, and I remember it like it was yesterday. I got so much hands-on experience across a range of projects and was able to really work out a career path that worked for me, whether that was becoming an editor or a director or one of the many creative jobs available. I left fully prepared for the expectations that the industry comes with, and the knowledge to help me breakthrough.

“Since leaving college I went on to study documentary film, then I spent some time gaining experience in television as an edit assistant then made a move to Government where I worked as a Digital Advisor for the Home Secretary which was super interesting. I recently landed my dream job at Netflix working as a Photo and Audio Visual Manager, where I lead on creating publicity assets for all UK/Israel series and film and get to live and breathe entertainment….the dream.

“Work hard, get the right skills, and you’re good to go.”

“I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in the future, so I chose a range of different subjects to study at A Level. I’m now employed by the BBC as a Presenter and News Correspondent and studying at Yale Sixth gave me the confidence and skills to go onto university. I made some amazing friends, had some great teachers who I’ll never forget and had a great time in Wrexham!

“I look back on my time at Yale with pride and fondness and will never forget it!”
