How to Enrol on a Part-Time Course
Some part-time courses allow you to enrol online. You can do this by clicking the “Enrol Now” button. The “Enrol Now” button is located within the course information on the relevant course. This will take you to the online enrolment form where you will need to create an account (or log into your existing account if you already have one).
If you would prefer to enrol over the phone then please contact our LDS Team on 0300 30 30 007.
If there is no “Enrol Now” button present then this means that you need to speak to a member of staff about that particular course before you are able to enrol. Please click on the “Make an Enquiry” button and submit your details. A member of our team will then be in touch with you.

How to Apply for a Full Time Course
You can apply for your chosen course online by clicking the “Apply Now” button. The “Apply Now” button is located within the course information on the relevant course page.
This will take you to the online application form where you will need to create an account (or log into your existing account if you already have one).
Please follow the onscreen instructions and ensure that you complete all sections of the application form. If information is missing or incomplete it will delay your application.
Please ensure that you have read the entry requirements for the course before applying. If you apply for a course that your actual/predicted GCSE grades are too high or low for then this will delay your application.
How the Application Process Works
FIND YOUR COURSE AND APPLY ONLINE.
When you've found the perfect course you want to study you can apply directly online.
STAGE 2 FORM
Once we've received your application you will receive an email with a form to complete. This is called your Stage 2 Form. Fill this out and send it back to us.
DECISION OF OFFER
Once we’ve received your Stage 2 Form your application will be passed to the curriculum teams.
At this stage the curriculum teams might want to speak to you about your application.
If the curriculum teams want to speak to you about your application before giving you an offer then they may contact you by phone from a number that you don’t recognise (likely to be an 01978 number). Please keep an eye on your phone and answer that call so we can progress your application quickly.
If your application is successful you will receive an offer via email. This means that you have a place on a course with us if you meet the entry requirements.
TASTER/OPEN DAY
Attend your Taster/Open Day in June to get a feel for the college and your course. Don't worry, we will email you and text you about arrangements for this day.
CONFIRM YOUR PLACE
Before you are due to start your course we will ask you to confirm your place with us. Doing this means we know you want your place on the course. We will be in touch to give you guidance on what you'll need to do nearer the time.
START DATE INFO
You will receive an email with your start date and other useful information. Please note that you will only receive this information after you have confirmed your place.
