Coleg Cambria can give those to you, with our industry-experienced tutors focusing on customer service, health and safety protocols and developing your professional practical skills. You’ll learn to prepare and create a wide range of food, from classic local dishes to internationally-inspired cuisine, cakes, pastries and more.

All of this will be done in our state-of-the-art kitchens and site restaurant, iâl Restaurant, where you can really test your talents and serve real, paying guests.
