Amy Rush
Studied – Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Currently – Director and Vehicle Technician at P&A Commercials Ltd
“My Dad had always been in the motor trade working as a mechanic and driving HGVs which inspired me to study Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
“After studying full time at Cambria I completed an apprenticeship, I then went on to start a business with my dad in 2015 called P&A Commercials (Wales) Ltd. based in Mostyn where I am working as a Director and Vehicle Technician.
“During my time at Coleg Cambria I also competed in a number of Skills Competitions including the World Skills UK Wales Finals and National finals, which was a great experience.”
Frankie McCamley
Studied – A Level English, Drama, Maths and French
Currently – Presenter and News Correspondent for the BBC
“I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do in the future, so I chose a range of different subjects to study at A Level. I’m now employed by the BBC as a Presenter and News Correspondent and studying at Yale Sixth gave me the confidence and skills to go onto university. I made some amazing friends, had some great teachers who I’ll never forget and had a great time in Wrexham!
“I look back on my time at Yale with pride and fondness and will never forget it!”
