Why Choose An Apprenticeship?
Kickstart your career with an apprenticeship and earn as you learn.
Across North Wales and beyond, companies are recruiting for apprenticeships and training people in the skills they need to succeed in their career.
As an apprentice you will earn whilst you learn, gaining skills, knowledge, experience and recognised qualifications along the way. Whether you’re aged between 16 and 19 or 20 and over, a range of apprenticeship options may be available to you.
If you love nothing more than being in the great outdoors, standing under a canopy of trees or walking over a moss-covered woodland floor, then a Trees and Timber Apprenticeship is perfect for you.
From unravelling the mysteries of different tree species to understanding how they thrive in diverse ecosystems, you’ll delve into the heart of the forest and learn the art of arboriculture, mastering the skills to care for and manage trees in urban and natural landscapes.
Prepare to get your hands dirty with year round hands-on practical work and a need for good communication and team skills.
