Course Overview
Intensive non-examination assessment and exam technique course aimed at moving you to at least a C grade at GCSE English Language (WJEC). Over 8 weeks of teaching, your specialist GCSE English lecturer will teach you all of the elements that make up the three units of the GCSE.

The course starts with an opportunity to increase your Unit 1 (Oracy) grade and continues through Units 2 and 3, preparing you for both exams in November. Lessons will be delivered both remotely and in-person each week with work to conduct independently.

This Fast Track GCSE programme will be delivered over 8 weeks so excellent attendance is essential if you’re going to keep up, and ultimately succeed.

The fast track GCSE course will be 9 hours a week. 3 hours will be face to face, 3 hours will be blended (combination of face to face & remote), and 3 hours will be self study to be completed in your own time.

WJEC GCSE Examinations
Minimum Grade D in GCSE English Language.
Access to a laptop or PC is essential.
GCSE English is a gateway qualification which can support progression to further study and/or employment.
