CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice

There are no examinations.

Each unit will be assessed by a variety of assessment tasks which may include assignments, case studies, statistical analysis or practical activities. Course members will also be expected to assess their own development and maintain a Learning Log which will be submitted and reviewed.

This qualification introduces course members to a wide range of relevant knowledge and expertise in people practice. It is suited for those who:

• are studying, aspiring to or embarking on a career in people practice.
• are working in a people practice support role and wish to develop their knowledge and deliver immediate and short term value for their organisation.
• wish to develop the specialist knowledge, skills and understanding required to be a people professional.
• are the owners or managers of small businesses.

To CIPD full Diploma qualification in either People Management or Organisational Learning and Development, to other QCF approved workplace assessed qualifications.

The foundation programme fee is £2,100.

In addition, course members must subscribe to membership of CIPD which costs approximately £130 in the current year (payable directly to CIPD) – details of how course members obtain their membership will be provided at the start of the course.

A textbook is recommended and will cost approx. £35. (Or £30 in eBook format).
