The use of social media now has such a massive reach that digital marketing seeks to capitalise on this, aiming to contact and engage potential customers in a personalised way through a range of media channels.
Digital marketing is an essential component of an overall marketing strategy and involves using digital and social media to increase awareness and advertise a product or service.
This course will introduce you to concepts involved in this process and provide you with the tools to use social media and digital marketing in an impactful way.
As part of this course you will be expected to create and review email marketing platforms and a range of social media accounts to help develop your skills, how to build relevant profiles and consider how and why content should be developed to meet the needs of different audiences.

● Explore Digital communication technologies/platforms
● Develop a Social Media presence to enhance your business opportunities
● Developing Digital Content - Text, graphics and CTA as part of targeted campaigns
● Developing your website (if applicable) and developing your website connectivity to and from Social Media
● Website Optimisation (SEO) (if Applicable)
● Using AI tools
