Course Overview
You will be able to advise the organisation on a range of common workplace health issues/hazards including how these can be assessed and controlled and the legal duties associated with these issues/hazards. Topics include:
● Occupational health services & equality in the workplace.
● Mental ill-health (up to HSE Stress Management Standards).
● Well-being.
● Workplace violence.
● Lone working.
● Health surveillance.
● Medical surveillance.
● Drugs and alcohol policy.
● Hazardous substances/monitoring.
● Epidemiology and toxicology.
● Asbestos.
● Ventilation.
● PPE.
● Biological agents.
● Noise & vibration.
● Radiation.
● Musculoskeletal health.
● Workplace temperature.
● Welfare arrangements.
Digital, Open Book Exam. Approximately 20 hours. Case study (simulation only)
NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
Health and safety professional.
£1700 per person per unit.

There are no additional costs such as VAT, exam fee, course book and google course materials.
