Course Overview
Are you 16-18 and have struggled to engage in further education this year? Our new Online Resilience programme will allow you to access support and workshops from home or alternative environments using a digital classroom and learning platform.
You will be fully supported through online personal development and resilience workshops, with dedicated tutor support and the ability to work with self-study modules.
Confidence building techniques.
Dealing with stressful situations.
Digital literacy skills.
Emotional intelligence.
Communication skills.
Growth mindset.
Maximising learning opportunities to support progression.
Personal development and self-awareness.
Becoming resilient.
Understanding your rights as a citizen, student and also employment rights.
Understanding equality and diversity.
Support with a healthy lifestyle.
Planning for progression and employability skills.
The programme aims to help you overcome some of your barriers to engagement so that you can access further learning in September 2025
