We will also continue to support those with additional learning needs remotely. Please note that where work placements are not able to be fulfilled for safety reasons we will adapt modules to include work related projects in a way that will still develop your work based skills.

This is a course for applicants that are employed in a relevant engineering field. Employers will be required to support their employees with time to attend the course and carry out their studies, with no requirement for the hours to be made up elsewhere, or deductions in salary.
The programme will be delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, interactive tutorials, visiting speakers, workshops and ‘Flipped Learning’ techniques.

Most modules are assessed through examinations and assignments. You will be given feedback and pointers for improvement for every assignment and examination. Work placements are required for the work-based modules. Approximately 1 week per year will be spent at the university campus in Swansea.
