Coleg Cambria can give those to you, with our industry-experienced tutors focusing on customer service, health and safety protocols and developing your professional practical skills. You’ll learn to prepare and create a wide range of food, from classic local dishes to internationally-inspired cuisine, cakes, pastries and more.

All of this will be done in our state-of-the-art kitchens and site restaurant, iâl, where you can really test your talents and serve real, paying guests. We have links with local companies that will help you climb the career ladder – all you need is a passion for great food and stellar service.
