Originally from Gloucestershire, Casey moved to Wales aged 18 to start work in Outdoor Education. After 7 years of working in various locations in the UK and France Casey eventually settled in North Wales. Casey started work for Coleg Cambria in 2018 as a TRAC Advisor, supporting students at risk of becoming NEET, became TRAC Team Leader in 2021, Safeguarding Coordinator in 2023 and Safeguarding Manager in 2024. Casey is dedicated to supporting young people to achieve their goals and succeed in all aspects of their lives.
Nadia graduated from Glyndŵr University in 2014 as a person centred, experiential counsellor and psychotherapist, since then she has completed numerous other qualifications including Level 7 Attachment, Trauma and Mental Health. Joining Coleg Cambria in 2020 as Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, she now manages a team of counsellors and mental health professionals supporting learners and staff. Nadia is passionate about ensuring mental health is never a barrier to learning. She serves as Vice Chair of the National Suicide and Self-Harm Prevention Community of Practice and acts as the primary liaison between the college and external mental health services.
