Course Overview
The aim of this course is to present a fresh approach to the painterly method of mono printmaking.
The 4 day course will take students through various methods to make prints.
We will be using:
Linear drawing method
The subtraction method
Pochoir (stencilling)
Painting directly
We will look at each technique individually and by combining these processes we shall create some amazing images. We will be working on several prints continually over the duration of the course.
The aim will be to end the workshop with a series of finished prints.
