Duration	Part Time, This course is two days spread out over 2-3 weeks. Each session is delivered from 9.30 to 4pm. Attendance can be face to face in the Business School at our Northop campus, or online by prior arrangement. Cohort 1 starts 14/9/26 Ends 5/11/26 Cohort 2 starts 25/1/27 Ends 22/2/27 Cohort 3 starts 12/4/27 Ends 13/5/27 Candidates will also need time to work on their assessment outside of the training sessions. Each unit requires an assignment to be completed before the next planned session, so candidates will need to consider this when planning their time and enrolling on the course.

Course Overview

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management, branded by Institute of Leadership and Management, and accredited by City and Guilds.

Two units will be studied:
* Unit 341 Leading and Motivating a Team
* Unit 300 Solving Problems and Making Decisions

You will also have the opportunity to attend a third session - Unit 312 Understanding Conflict Management in the Workplace, which is not assessed.

Entry Requirements

Practising, experienced, or aspiring first line managers or team leaders.

How you will be assessed

Two written assignments, set by ILM. There are no exams.
Support will be provided for candidates to ensure successful achievement of the qualification, through resources on Google Classroom and additional online tutorials if required.
