This qualification is designed to give learners the underpinning knowledge, skills and competencies to use counselling skills ethically and safely in a variety of contexts and roles.

Applicants must be 18 or over.
Learners will be required to complete a portfolio of evidence during this course, all work is completed digitally using google suite and google classroom.

A grading scale of pass which is assessed against specific learning outcomes.
Learners are required to complete weekly learning reviews and peer feedback alongside engagement in class discussion and skills practice sessions. All work completed throughout the course will form a final portfolio of evidence.
This course is also value based and proficiency relates to values demonstrated in relation to criteria as well as academic work.
