*Independent living skills to help you manage daily tasks.
*Community inclusion so you can feel confident getting involved in your local area.
*Health and Wellbeing to help you look after yourself.
All new students take part in transition sessions and a comprehensive initial assessment to ensure the programme is tailored to their individual needs before progression.
Next Steps: This course helps you prepare for a more independent future. After completing this year, you could progress onto our Towards Independence programme. You will also be better prepared for supported living or taking part in more activities within your community.

Each learner has an EHCP/IDP that outlines their personalised goals and targets. Learners receive regular 1:1 support from their personal tutor to review progress and ensure appropriate support is in place.
Individualised targets and outcomes are set to support progression towards long-term destinations, such as community-based opportunities or, where appropriate, progression onto the Towards Independence programme.
